The following check list will help you in ensuring that we conduct a successful delivery into your address.

Please note that all items delivered beyond the threshold of your home are carried out at your own risk.

FLOOR PROTECTION – If your house flooring has a delicate marble, tile or carpet then please make sure to remove the carpets or get the flooring covered with a protective material.

Also, due to health and safety reasons, our delivery team cannot remove any clothing or footwear during delivery and installation.

BREAKABLE OBJECTS – Please remove all of your fragile artefacts along the delivery pathway and also from the area where installation is about to take place, before the installation team arrives.

ACCESS IN PROPERTY – For seamless installation, kindly measure the access area into your building to the room of choice properly.

Our logistic team inspects the delivery pathway before unloading in order to avoid any possible damage to your property as well as to the delivery product during the installation process.

Supposedly, during the inspection if it occurs to our team that the item doesn’t fit into your lobby or lift, they may refuse to install and bring back the item to our premises, in that case we have to charge a return fee (OR) we can leave the furniture at another place convenient according to you with your consent.

ACCESS ISSUES AND CUSTOMER DECLARATION – Caring about your home is always in our consideration but space restrictions may hinder smooth delivery. Our delivery team may therefore need your voluntary consent for your wilful accountability, else we will be restricted to deliver your products only till your entrance.

PARKING – In case your property requires a parking permit then it will be your responsibility to arrange it. Please let us know in advance if your property has parking restrictions because any parking related issues resulting in failure of delivery or even a parking ticket has to be undertaken by the customer.

FAILED DELIVERIES – If you need to make changes to your delivery date, please give us prior notice so that we can avoid lost fees. A minimum of 72-hours prior notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a delivery to avoid incurring extra fees.

DELAYED DELIVERIES AT CUSTOMERS REQUEST – If your order is ready for delivery but you need a bit more time to finish your home renovation, just let us know. The storage charges can be discussed when required.

Delivery / Collection Options:

  • Standard delivery and removal of packaging to your room of choice (subject to access).
  • Small, non-breakable items like cushions, bed linen and throws are delivered via post.

  • Please carry a valid photographic identification (driver’s license/passport) in order to collect your product.

Your Delivery Date / Time:

At Englander Line, we aim at delivering all items together in a single delivery in London and it’s surrounding area. However, part-shipments are also available on request upon an addiction cost.

Delivery time may vary for different areas. In London, deliveries are generally made between 08:00AM to 04:00PM from Monday to Friday by our own drivers.

You will be contacted and notified about the date of delivery the moment your furniture gets ready. Furthermore, you will be contacted again on the date of delivery to provide you with the delivery time-slot of 2 to 3 hours.

Collecting from Us:

You can collect your goods directly from our warehouse located at – 12 Imperial Way, Croydon, CR0 4RR.

Please carry your photographic IDs along with you for smooth transactions.

You can likewise send your own particular transportation company to collect the product from us. For this process we will be requiring a confirmatory e-mail from your side mentioning the required information of the company and the people who will be collecting the product on your behalf. We also require this to be booked-in with us so that we can be prepared for the collection.

Kindly comprehend that irrespective of who is collecting the item from our premises, no claims can be made for damaged products once the collection note has been signed and agreed upon by both the clients.
