Ava French Side Table with Shelf and One Drawer
The intricate floral design of the marquetry on the top of this French Reproduction Side Table is inlaid into pleasing contrasting themes of natural wood grain veneer.
The whole is framed in curved and moulded edges that are mirrored by the concave sides of the apron and the cabriole legs.
A single dovetailed drawer with double discreet brass pulls is also inlaid with similar intricate marquetry, which continues along the frieze.
Decorative marquetry under the shelf provides additional storage above the ormolu mounts at the feet. This side table is constructed from robust kiln-dried hardwood for a hard-wearing and long-lasting but extremely attractive piece of furniture.
