A burr or flame veneer grain makes a perfect backdrop for the pretty design of the inlaid marquetry on the oval top with added side mouldings.
The inlays are continued along the frieze, which also displays nicely contrasting wood grain on an equally contrasting rectangular theme to the oval top.
Curved spacers at the ankles soften the straight lines of the tapering columnar legs. The kiln-dried hardwood frame provides hard-wearing characteristics for a long-lasting and very attractive side table.
