Our standard delivery service (Monday to Friday) Delivers the items all packaging would need to be disposed of by the customer.

Please note that additional delivery fees may be applied for delivery outside of the UK mainland.

White-Glove Delivery

Our white-glove delivery service includes delivery of items, removal of packaging and assembly for delivered items.

Every order is made with love and care by our well-trained team from making your order until the last step of dispatching and delivery. Once we receive your order, we immediately start preparing your order and checking it in terms of quality. Then, we arrange a delivery date with our free of charge white glove delivery service.

Our white-glove delivery service guarantees to get your items delivered to your shipping address as well as removal of packaging and assembly if needed. Our delivery team is well-trained to handle delivery items with care and place them where you exactly want them to be.

We deliver to many countries worldwide at reasonable prices. We deliver to the following countries on a regular basis:

Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout as the delivery charge varies based on your destination. You can calculate your shipping cost by adding products to your basket and then select your destination.

Please take into consideration that local import duties may be applied and we do not have any information about the amount of this charge; therefore, our customers are kindly requested to contact their local import authority for more information.

Delivery FAQs

Here are some of the frequently asked questions about delivery:

We will either call you or send you an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. In the event of larger items, we will contact you ahead to organize a suitable delivery time.

Please contact us at sales@englanderline.com. or call us on 02034416160 and one of our customer service team will be available for help. Please note that we sometimes don’t send a complete order as some items require a different courier service.

Please check if any of your items will be delivered separately.

Englanderline has a partnership with many international couriers, transporting our products worldwide. This depends mainly on the size, weight, and destination of delivery items. After entering your destination address, the most suitable courier service and its associated cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

 

Once you place your order, your items will be meticulously prepared, quality checked and sent to you within 3 to 7 working days for items ready in stock. For bespoke details, please refer to the estimated delivery time product page. Please note that the expected delivery time may vary based on your location.

 

If you are unhappy about your order, you may return your delivered items to us within 14 days and credit will be refunded to your account. Please note that you will be responsible for returning delivery items to our store at your own cost if the order has been already delivered to you.

Note: Upon 24 hours, the user has to report the issue (or else). After the inspection period, we know the products are accepted, and no complaints are accepted.

Note: Bespoke products made specifically for you (Both Consumer and Retail//Trade), either in size, color, and/or with fabric changes, will NOT be refunded or cancelled in any event after the initial order has been placed/paid for in full or part. These products are produced specifically for you. If you have any questions or concerns relating to this then please call or email us before placing any orders. Our decision will be final and we hope you understand why we have to highlight this.
