Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. Then, we will offer you a product exchange or a refund excluding the original delivery cost. Please note that the returned products must be in their original inner and outer packaging, maintaining their perfect and unused condition. You can call our customer service team on 02034416160 or email sales@englanderline.com to arrange a collection for your return and the cost of this service will be deducted from the total refund.

When arranging a product return, make sure that you are sending returned items with care and without any damage. Englanderline has the right not to accept a returned item if the product has been returned in a fully unused and sealable condition. In case of returning an item after delivery has occurred, this item must be returned to Englanderline at your own cost.

Bespoke products made specifically for you (Both Consumer and Retail//Trade), either in size, color, and/or with fabric changes, will NOT be refunded or cancelled in any event after the initial order has been placed/paid for in full or part. These products are produced specifically for you. If you have any questions or concerns relating to this then please call or email us before placing any orders. Our decision will be final and we hope you understand why we have to highlight this.

Can my order be cancelled or changed once it has been placed?

Yes, For your in-stock order can be canceled or changed. Simply, contact us at sales@englanderline.com

How do I Receive my refunds?

We will refund you with the same payment method you have used for purchasing.

How long do I need to receive refunds?

Refunds will be received within 14 working days and you will be notified by email once transaction has been processed.
