Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. Then, we will offer you a product exchange or a refund excluding the original delivery cost. Please note that the returned products must be in their original inner and outer packaging, maintaining their perfect and unused condition. You can call our customer service team on 02034416160   or email [email protected] to arrange a collection for your return and the cost of this service will be deducted from the total refund.

When arranging a product return, make sure that you are sending returned items with care and without any damage. Englanderline has the right not to accept a returned item if the product has been returned in a fully unused and sealable condition. In case of returning an item after delivery has occurred, this item must be returned to Englanderline at your own cost.

Yes, your order can be cancelled or changed. Simply, contact us at [email protected] If you are willing to willing to cancel a made to order or a customized item, you need to do this within 5 working days after placing your order.

We will refund you with the same payment method you have used for purchasing.

Refunds will be received within 14 working days and you will be notified by email once transaction has been processed.
